The company has identified the land but not finalised anything apart from that, including the capital expenditure. We are also eyeing something similar in North India in the NCR,” Kapil Bagla, director and CEO, Adlabs Entertainment, said. Adlabs Entertainment owns and operates Imagica at Khalapur, which is 74 km from Mumbai. Imagica is a part of Adlabs Mumbai, which also includes Aquamagica, a water park, which became fully operational on October last year, and a family hotel, Novotel Imagica Khopoli. The first phase of the hotel is expected to be completed this month.
