“All our products are crafted and designed to bring convenience along with the best technologies for India and abroad. Even the branding campaigns have been designed in conjunction with government’s initiative of ‘Make in India’,” said K R Naik, the company’s Founder and Chairman.

Local manufacturing is a sure win-win formula as it would require designing and manufacturing for India by India. Indian companies should create our own brands and create a market for them internationally, he added.

Established 30 years ago, the company which is into manufacture of personal computers and IT related products has a plant in Goa. “The electronic manufacturing sector is now excited with ‘Make in India’ initiative.

Smartlink is geared up to reinvent complete chain of electronic hardware manufacturing, starting from design to disposal (D&D) now,” he said. Recently, the company launched new generation Digisol DG-HR3400 wireless router in the market. The new router feature ‘Made In India’ badge alongside the Indian tri-colour.
