Karimnagar: Four students of Prathima Medical College at Karimnagar died in a road accident near Theegalaguttapalli of Karimnagar mandal on Wednesday afternoon. According to the police, the students were returning to their residence when an RTC bus proceeding to Mancherial hit the car in which they were travelling at Theegalaguttapalli. The victims were identified as Navakanth of Parkala, Mahesh of Mahabubnagar, Rahul of Bodduppal and Nani of Karimnagar – all second year medical students. “They were nearing the city when the car in which they were travelling collided head-on with an RTC bus. All the four students died on the spot. Parents of the students were informed about the accident,” said Sub-Inspector of Police (rural) Srinivas.
