A two-judge bench of the High Court at Hyderabad on Thursday adjourned to March 30 the writ plea relating to the constitution of two separate High Courts for the states of Telangana and AP. The bench of Chief Justice Kalyan Jyothi Sen Gupta and Justice P V Sanjay Kumar are hearing a plea filed by T Dhangopal Rao .

Hyderabad: A two-judge bench of the High Court at Hyderabad on Thursday adjourned to March 30 the writ plea relating to the constitution of two separate High Courts for the states of Telangana and AP. The bench of Chief Justice Kalyan Jyothi Sen Gupta and Justice P V Sanjay Kumar are hearing a plea filed by T Dhangopal Rao .

The bench, on Monday directed the two State governments and the Union of India to file counter affidavits and requested two senior advocates to assist the court. When the case was called on Thursday it came to notice of the court that the counter affidavits have not been filed by the State and Central governments.
