Hyderabad: Following hectic behind-the-scene parleys between the Opposition and ruling party members, the YSRCP is learnt to have expressed its desire to withdraw the no-confidence motion it had moved against Speaker Kodela Sivaprasada Rao. Happy with the Speaker’s response, the YSRCP members are thinking of withdrawing the no-confidence motion. The YSRCP is likely to make an announcement to this effect on Friday. Meanwhile, the BAC, which met here on Thursday, decided to hold a separate day-long Assembly session on April 4 to take up a debate on the no-trust motion against the Speaker, if the YSRC does not take back the motion.
