Drunken man falls from bridge, dies

A 45-year-old man died of grievous injuries which he suffered after falling from the Purana Pul bridge on Monday. The deceased, Devdas, fell down from Purana Pul bridge in an inebriated condition on Monday afternoon. He was immediately rushed to the Osmania General Hospital where he was declared brought dead. He was a watchman and resident of Indira Nagar in Dhoolpet, according to Shahinayatgunj police.
