Ex hubby defames woman, held
The Central Crime Station (CCS), Hyderabad on Friday arrested a woman’s ex-husband for defaming her by creating her fake account on Facebook and for posting obscene videos on the social networking site. Police said the accused Annamaraju Venkata Raghavendra Rao, 31, working as a business development executive in Mindspace, Madhapur was arrested under Section 66-A and Section 66-D of the IT Act.

Police said the accused Annamaraju Venkata Raghavendra Rao, 31, working as a business development executive in Mindspace, Madhapur was arrested under Section 66-A and Section 66-D of the IT Act.
During the course of investigation, it was revealed that Raghavendra Rao, who hails from Anantapur district, came to Hyderabad in 2011 and got married to the victim in the same year. After marriage, both stayed together for quite some time. However, due to some family issues, differences cropped up between them and they started living separately since August 2013. “The accused posted obscene pictures and videos of the victim with a view to take revenge on her," DCP (CCS) C Ravi Varma said.
