Amethi (UP): A 25-year-old woman was today shot dead allegedly by her brother-in-law in Belkhari village in Sangrapur area here, police said.
Neetu was shot dead by brother-in-law Ajay Kumar Shukla, Deputy Superintendent of Police, RK Chaturvedi said.
Prima facie a family dispute appeared to be the motive behind the killing, he said.
Police have launched a manhunt to nab the accused.
