The Telangana Government, which has turned its focus on the affairs of Hyderabad Metropolitan Development Authority (HMDA), has posted Shalini Mishra as Metropolitan Commissioner, HMDA. Government Order (GO) No. 1080 issued on April 12 has been partially modified to enable her posting. The order effecting modification also relieved B. Janardhan Reddy from full additional charge. In the reshuffle on April 12, Shalini Mishra, who was then awaiting for a posting, was made Managing Director of Drinking Water Corporation. Shalini Mishra is a 1988 batch IAS officer and Janardhan Reddy belongs to 1996 batch.
