Ganapathy has charged that Satya Sai passed away on March 29 and not as officially declared on April 24, 2011.

One of the close relatives of God-man Sri Satya Sai Baba, Ganapathy Raju, came out in the open and made serious allegations that Bhagawan's death was unnatural. Ganapathy Raju went on to allege that Baba was a victim of a well planned conspiracy and pre-planned hi tech murder.

Demanding a thorough enquiry into the death of Sai Baba, Ganapathy Raju asked the Andhra Pradesh government to initiate CID probe into the matter. Pointing out that the trust members had ordered for a glass coffin and two truckloads of flowers even when Baba was unwell, Ganapathy alleged that some "mysterious forces" were backing the "culprits". Ganapathy also stated that properties worth thousands of crores have "changed hands".

M Ganapathy Raju Baba's first cousin has alleged that few trust members were behind hushing up of Baba's death to buy time to "usurp huge wealth of the trust fund". He also pointed out on the treatment procedure, medical reports, medicines used for Satya Sai spoke volumes about the conspiracy.

Ganapathy Raju claimed that he was attacked twice by some miscreants as he has been demanding the CID probe.
