According to the Verge, the company said that the change will come this year.
Aspartame will be removed from all Diet Pepsi brand including its caffeine-free alternative, the regular product and Diet Pepsi Cherry.
Aspartame is being replaced with a blend of artificial sweeteners sucralose and acesulfame potassium.
