Love turns fatal as girl attacks former lover

On Sunday, a girl allegedly attacked her former boyfriend for marrying another woman in Khammam District.

Police informed that Pyda Karuna of Aswapuram and T. Panduranga Rao of Charla who were pursuing their B. Tech final year at the Pulipati Engineering College had been in love since three years.

But with Panduranga Rao marrying another woman, Karuna could not bear and invited him to Narasimha Swamy temple to talk over the issue.

Both had an argument which led to an enraged Karuna attack Panduranga Rao with a blade. The devotees who witnessed the incident at the temple rushed him to the hospital. While Panduranga Rao is out of danger, Police have filed an attempt to murder case against Karuna and took her into custody.
