Chandrababu Naidu who denied him Rajya Sabha seat last year despite his fiery campaign and threats to commit suicide now wants to set right the equations in the Telangana TDP.
Naidu aims to motivate the demoralized and slowly-disappearing TDP cadre in Telangana. It is strongly rumoured in TDP and BJP circles that Chandrababu Naidu has managed to get the Governor post as a part of deal with BJP for giving RS seat to Nirmala Seetharaman, Dr Parakala Prabhakar's wife.
As per political sources, Motkupalli will be posted as a Governor to one of the Eastern states of India. We've already seen Vidyasagar Rao, another leader from Telangana becoming a Governor of Maharashtra a couple of months back.
