Telangana employees serve ultimatum to KCR government With the Telangana State nearing to completion of one year on June 2, the Telangana employees have come forward and served an ultimatum to the state government over not working under the Andhra officers.

Demanding that the officers of Andhra origin in various departments be transferred to AP before June 2, the employees complained to Chief Secretary Rajiv Sharma that the Kamalnathan committee allotted Telangana origin employees to AP and AP origin employees to Telangana. Also that the AP employees were given high posts in the Telangana state departments complained the employees who believe that its injustice for them as the KCR government ignored the Andhra officers getting high postings in major departments – Excise, Commercial Taxes, Transport and Revenue.
The employees’ leader questioned the purpose of separate Telangana state if the Andhra origin officers are working above the TS employees in the Telangana government.
