Founder Profile

Kumbam Anil Kumar Reddy, Managing Director and Founder of Keerthi Estates spearheads the company's mission of creating innovative and quality spaces for residential and commercial spaces in South India.

A qualified civil engineer, with a keen passion for construction; has committed himself for promoting finesse in architecture and construction in the real estate industry since the start of his career in 1990. Anil Reddy has constantly strived to ensure that the fundamentals of Keerthi Estates are based on trust, honestyand transparency.

He holds customer satisfaction as a primary business virtue and has a deep rooted ambition to make Keerthi one of the most trusted brandsin providing comfortable and well-designed homes. “Giving back to the society” is a philosophy close to Anil Reddy’s heart. Also, he is deeply wedded to his roots. He is committed to various charitable activities in his native and neighbouring villages. He has installed drinking water plants in villages in and around the mandal he hails from.

On behalf of Keerthi he has provided infrastructure like furniture, sports kits etc to many government schools; supported the sports events conducted for the physically challenged; extended support to the underprivileged, meritorious students and provided financial assistance to the old and the needy.
