VH gives big zero to KCR govt

Hyderabad: Congress senior leader and Rajya Sabha member V Hanumantha Rao alleged that the Telangana State Ministers were criticising the Congress leaders only to get a pat from the Chief Minister K Chandrashekar Rao. Speaking to the media here on Saturday, VH questioned TRS government as to what it had done in its one year-rule. The Congress leader lashed out at the TRS government stating that it had not even fulfilled a single assurance made by it.

Stating that the Congress party was not against development, VH said the TRS government was criticising Congress party as it didn’t know how to rule the State. He said people had high expectations from the government, but it did nothing for them. The Congress leader suggested the government to construct houses for poor on the vacant lands of SEZs, instead of university lands. Finding fault with KCR for describing the Osmania University students as immature children, VH questioned KCR whether creation of Telangana State was possible without the help from Osmania University students.
