The activists raised slogans and tried to barge inside the office as the police barred their entry and took them into custody.
Demanding improved facilities in the government colleges along with the corporate institutions to be shut down, the protestors stated that Chief Minister K Chandrasekhar Rao failed to keep up the promises he made before the elections.
