The Chief Minister asserted that even with the overabundance of issues - waste disposal, stinking drainage water, water pollution, illegal constructions, and low voltage; they could be solved with determination and opposition’s cooperation. Mr Rao said that to re-haul Hyderabad as an international city, everyone needs to work together and also take Central Government’s assistance.

Interacting with the Union Labour Minister Bandaru Dattatreya, GHMC officials, City MPs, Ministers, MLAs, SCB members and MLCs on Swachh Hyderabad, Mr Rao thanked them for making the campaign a success.

The Chief Minister said that the condition of 72 nalas spread over Hyderabad needed immediate attention and should be cleared of all encroachments besides being repaired.
