The organisation released two books of Annamayya Keerthanas for the benefit of the general public. The main attraction of the evening was the vocal recital by Sattiraju Venumadhav. He started his recital with ‘Hariki Harini Lankaku’ (Hamsadhwani) followed by an innovative Raga Karjamu (Janya of Sooryakantam) ‘Neevu Kaligina Chalu’ which is similar to Raga ‘Bhatiyar’ of Hindusthani. He rendered Swarakalpna in brief and threw open Hindusthani flavour sumptuously. He then gave a beautiful rendition in raga ‘Mohana’ with ‘Yogi Bhogi Natanam’ and won the applause of the audience.

As part of short duration concerts, Lalitha, Divya, Trisha and Mahidhara Seetharama Sarma rendered a number each of Annamacharya to the merriment of the music lovers. On the occasion, retired IPS officer Krishna Rao and veena vidwan D Srinivas released a CD ‘Neevu Kaligina Chalu’ tuned by Sattiraju Venumadhav.
