The recent debacle of Uttama Villain at the box office speaks volumes about Kamal. Let's hope his next film Cheekati Rajyam won't be another mistake. Some of the blunders Kamal loves to commit are:

1. Singing for himself - he has a voice that is avoidable for singing and yet he imposes on his viewers to listen to it.
2. He is, like any other celebrity, does not wish to unleash the creative ideas, stories the youth of this country has got. He prefers to be guided, influenced and even scarcely challenged by a significant few of his circle.
3. He chose to fall into the same trap as MGR, Shivaji, NTR, ANR, Rajkumar and many such matinee idols to do films that show case the lost youthfulness, agility and romantic charisma. Alas! in this process Kamal missed several years and several buses that would have taken him to unimaginable levels. Unfortunately he chose not to do any Pouranik Films from Mahabharata, Raamayana, Bhagavatam etc., being an atheist!!
4. Ever since he left Ilaiyaraaja, his songs are hardly remembered by any one. He wishes to reinvent the wheels like the ones already available like Ilaiyaraaja and SPB.
5. His obsession to lip lock and romance his ladies in the films bar many children and adolescents to watch along with their parents.
6. He feels he is the greatest storyteller and screenplay writer and this feeling deprived him to get better stories and screenplay from the best talent available. Yes, some of his stories and screenplays did well and it does not mean that all his stuff will sell.
7. He loves to be self-directed and if he leaves this entirely to the Director. He needs to wake up that humble actor in him so that he can deliver what others want him to do.
8. He shall not produce his own films and welcome others to produce his films.
9. It is time for Kamal to read what the Three Acharyas from Kerala, Tamil Nadu and Karnataka taught and bring out a movie out of these three Acharyas without polluting what they taught but introduce them as they are. Such a film will become a reference film.
10. Kamal needs to reinvent himself by reading comments like this from many and act in films that offer the most unique roles.
Best wishes to Kamal.
