Hyderabad: Coromandel International Limited, one of India’s leading fertilizers manufacturer, organised a programme in the city to select winners of its Gromor Khazana scheme through a computerized draw of lots. The fertilizer maker organised the scheme from December 15, 2014 to January 31, 2015 in Telangana and Andhra Pradesh.

Under this, farmers who bought any two bags of fertilizers (other than urea) of Coromandel International Limited each were given a coupon which was eligible for different types of gifts under a computerized draw program. On Tuesday, the computerized draw was organized to finalize 8020 winners for various gifts, including 20 bikes, 1000 cell phones, 2000 sprayers and 5000 tiffin boxes.

The winners will be communicated through phone calls by the company representatives, the company said. Speaking on the occasion, Kalidas, the company’s EVP, explained about Coromandel’s initiatives in bringing quality fertilizers to farmers.
