Telangana EAMCET results which were announced on Thursday witnessed Andhra Pradesh students faring well while Telangana state students scored top ranks in AP EAMCET results that were announced the previous week.

AP students secured half of the top 10 ranks in the Telangana EAMCET medical stream – 1st, 4th, 6th, 7th, 8th and 3rd, 7th rank in the engineering stream.
For the 15 percent open quota seats in Telangana colleges, AP students are eligible. 9,322 AP students have qualified from the 10,480 who applied for engineering and 21,534 have qualified from the 22,302 who applied for the medical stream.
Scoring a perfect 160 out of 160 in the EAMCET medical stream, Uppalapati Priyanka from Prakasam district in AP emerged as the topper in Telangana EAMCET.
