With the present Rs 57,000 crore of IT exports, Telangana government has set a target of Rs 1.20 lakh crore IT exports for the following four years for which 14 thrust areas have been identified including IT, Aerospace sector in Hyderabad, Life Sciences.


Stating that the Telangana state under Chief Minister K. Chandrasekhar Rao’s leadership has instilled confidence for the state people, KTR said that Telangana was ensured a power cut free summer along with new corporates lining up in Hyderabad.


On being questioned whether TRS would join the NDA government, KTR affirmed that both the governments are working in tandem and they don’t want to clash with the Centre, however, all the states should be treated equally.


Despite rumours spreading, KTR said that Hyderabad has retained its cosmopolitan culture and that he is visiting Taiwan and Hong Kong in June first week to seek mobile manufacturers to set up manufacturing units to Hyderabad. Showing confidence on the present government, KTR said that the TS govt would achieve all the set goals in the next four years.
