About film:
Actor Naga Shourya who was seen as the lover boy in all his releases till date, has gone for a complete image makeover in ‘Jadoogadu’. He is seen playing to the gallery. Directed by Yogesh ‘Yogie’ Maganti (of ‘Chintakayala Ravi’) fame, the film hit theaters today. The film is a complete mass entertainer.

The film is about an ambitious smart guy who makes his living by running a small time loan recovery business. He falls in love with a nurse and the main story starts when their life is disturbed by a villain's entry.

Story: Krishna (Naga Sourya) wants to become crorepati in a easy was. He challenged his village people in Palamuru and comes to Hyderabad. He joins with Srisailam (Zakir Hussain) who is a criminal. Krishna falls in love with nurse Parvathi. Sonarika Bharodia plays Parvathi character in the film. She is planning to go Dubai. The villain with the support of minister Jagadish Naidu (Kota Srinivas Rao) plans a 2000crs illegal dream. Does it work out? Will Parvathi go to Dubai?

Performance

Naga Sourya is very handsome looking in the film and he looks macho. His mass performance is a major saving grace for the film.

Sonarika looks pretty glamorous and pulls off her role with ease and she brings much needed glamour into the movie. The chemistry between Naga Sourya and Sonarika is amazing. Kota Srinivasa Rao, Zakir Hussain, Ravi Kale and Ashish Vidyarthi justified their roles. Saptagiri comedy becomes one of the assets of the film.

Technical


Sagar Mahati's background music is decent and it could have been better.

Some scenes are dragged in the second half. Yogesh chose good script with required masala scenes but he could not handle the pace in the second half. Sai Sriram's cinematography is good.
