The victim was identified as Yerlapati Mangamma , a resident of Yedlagudem village village.
According to reports, Mangamma and Devulamma were standing on the roadside when one of the vehicles in the convoy hit them. Devulamam was rushed to a near by hospital in Rajahmundry.
Soon after the mishap, the AP CM immediately announced an ex gratia of Rs. 5 lakh and Indiramma house for the family of the deceased woman. Chandrababu has also announced Rs. 2.50 lakh for Devulamma for her medical treatment.
