Rajini’s visit surprises his co-actors

Though superstar Rajinikanth’s next with Pa Ranjith goes on to floors next month in Malaysia, the key cast is currently participating in the acting workshop that is going on Chennai. It has been a practice with Ranjith to ensure that his cast is fully prepared before they join the sets.

He even conducted workshops for his films ‘Attakathi’ and ‘Madras’. In this regard, Rajini, though not asked, dropped by the rehearsal venue much to the surprise of his co-actors of the film. A little birdie informs that the matinee idol practiced some of his scenes with them before leaving the venue.

The project will be shot in Malaysia for 60 days followed by other locations such as Bangkok, Thailand and Chennai. Rajini is said to be playing an ageing gangster based out of Malaysia in the movie, a production of Kalaipuli S Thanu.
