PM Modi to be invited for Polavaram project inauguration

With the inauguration of Polavaram project gearing up on October 22, Vijayadasami – Prime Minister Narendra Modi is said to be invited to inaugurate the project when the foundation stone for the construction of Amaravati will be laid.

Irrigation Minister Devineni Umamaheswara Rao stated that they are all set to send a request to the Prime Minister to fly to Polavaram from Amaravati as the Polavaram project is the lifeline of AP, therefore intend to conduct it in a big way.
