The upcoming OnePlus 2 smartphone will be coming with Qualcomm Snapdragon 810 v2.1 chipset, a fingerprint sensor and a full metal build, the company's CEO Liu Zuohu confirmed in a post on Chinese micro-blogging site Weibo.
The device will also feature the latest USB Type-C port, he said. The fingerprint sensor, it says, will be better than Apple's TouchID. The smartphone will be launched on July 27 and the market has been speculating on the possible look and features of the device.
Priced at approximately Rs 20,500, OnePlus 2 is also said to have a full metal body. Moreover, looking for innovative ways to launch their product, the company announced that OnePlus 2 would be the first product to be launched in VR with the help of a OnePlus Cardboard, available at Rs 99.
