Q) Can you elaborate your modeling days in Mumbai?

A) They were really hard. I knew no one when I went there. I remember just walking into the gym one day and asking the first guy there as to how do I train myself. I started modeling for small projects and I got my first big break in an ad for Malabar Gold. This was followed by many other TV commercials. That was my stepping stone to success.

Q) What’s your fitness regime?

A) My regime always starts with an hour at the gym. If I cannot make it in the morning because of a shoot I make it a point to gym in the evening. The food I take consists mostly of eggs and other protein rich intakes. I eat in small portions about four times a day.

Q) How important is discipline while training?

A) Discipline is the most essential thing not only while training but with everything we ever do. For me coming into modeling without any contacts, I had to work really hard to get where I am today.

Q) Where do you see yourself going from here?

A) I am aiming for the Mr World title but before that I really want to work in tinsel town. I am looking at scripts right now.
