Revanth Reddy case hearing postponed to Aug 14

TDP MLA Revanth Reddy along with Sebastian and Uday Simha who are the accused in the cash for vote scam on Monday appeared before the ACB Court. The next hearing of the case has been postponed by the court to August 14.

The officials informed the Court that the Charge sheet submitted by ACB has to be added with more information. Meanwhile, Uday Simha made a complaint that his statement has been forcibly taken by the ACB sleuths.

Also, Revanth Reddy's lawyers had submitted a memo in the court stating that he cannot come to Hyderabad according to the High Court orders but ACB Court made it clear that the TDP MLA must attend the court.
