Bebo wants to learn Indian classical dance

Actress Kareena Kapoor Khan says she is interested in getting trained in Kathak or Bharatnatyam. "I plan to get trained professionally in Kathak or Bharatnatyam in the near future. Right now, I have a lot of commitments but I want to pursue my childhood passion," Kareena said in a statement.

"I have always been inspired by my sister (Karisma Kapoor) who is a trained classical dancer. When I was young, I would watch Karisma practicing the steps and imitate her in front of the mirror," added the actress, who will next be seen in R Balki's ‘Ki And Ka’. Kareena believes that Indian women look beautiful in ethnic clothes.

"We often ape the west when it comes to fashion, but I think even a simple sari can make a woman look effortlessly beautiful," she said. She also said that that her fans love her Indian avatar.

"Most of my fans love my Indian avatar and I am also personally comfortable wearing that. When it comes to dressing up for occasions, I prefer wearing an anarkali or a sari. Fashion, for me, is all about being comfortable. I believe that whatever I am comfortable in becomes fashion for me," she said.
