Cinepolis unveils 4th edition of 3D Film Festival
Movie buffs rejoice! The fourth edition of the ‘Cinépolis 3D Film Festival’ is back with movies like ‘Fast and Furious 7’, ‘Gravity’, ‘Avengers: The Age of Ultron’, ‘The Hobbit’, ‘Guardians of the Galaxy’ and more, which will be screened in superlative 3D features.
Movie buffs rejoice! The fourth edition of the ‘Cinépolis 3D Film Festival’ is back with movies like ‘Fast and Furious 7’, ‘Gravity’, ‘Avengers: The Age of Ultron’, ‘The Hobbit’, ‘Guardians of the Galaxy’ and more, which will be screened in superlative 3D features.
The three-weeklong festival, which began on August 28, is running across all Cinépolis theatres in the country that are equipped with ‘ReadD’ 3D technology. A total of 1,479 shows of recent 3D blockbusters are expected to be screened.
Head – Strategic Initiatives, Cinépolis India, Devang Sampat, stated, “The success of ‘Avatar’ by James Cameron opened the floodgates of 3D films in Hollywood and ‘Haunted’ by Vikram Bhatt managed to spark interest amongst the Indian filmmakers.
With 3rd Dimension, we wish to usher in an era of an even more enhanced 3D experience in India and introduce the cinema lovers to a superior way to enjoy 3D films.”The festival, which first began in 2012, will continue until September 17.
