Karimnagar: The VIII standard girl, Peeka Madhvika, secured a place in the Guinness Book of World Records by carving smallest idols of Lord Ganesha on piece of chalk. She received a message through email from Guinness book authorities on Tuesday.


The 14 year-old Madhvika, who has already secured a place in the Limca Book of Records in 2014, after carving 12 small Ganesh images in a single row on 8-cm long piece of chalk within 60 seconds.


The girl said her aim was to become an IAS officer. Speaking to The Hans India, Madhvika expressed happiness for securing a place in the world’s most famous records book. “My parents, Sheshadhri and Mamatha, inspired me to achieve the feat,”
