Nageswara Reddy turns producer with Jayasuriya

Director G Nageswara Reddy, who made films like ‘Denikaina Ready’ and ‘Current Theega’ in the recent past, will be distributing Vishal-starrer ‘Jayasuriya’ in Telugu. Speaking about it, he said, “Sometime back a Vijayawada friend of mine called me to check whether he should snatch the dubbing rights of ‘Jayasuriya’.

Keeping in mind the likes of director Suseenthiran and actors Vishal and Kajal Aggarwal associating with the project I advised him to a go ahead. But months later, I’m on board as the film’s Telugu producer.”

Heaping high praise on Susenthiran, Reddy, who will be distributing the film along with S Narasimha Prasad, said, “He is someone who takes the audience into his control with his absorbing narration.” Vishal plays an undercover cop in the film, a thriller. To suit the part, the actor lost 10 kilos. The film will open in screens this Friday.
