What the corporate people have to learn from a dolphin, whale, hippo, crocodile, wide variety of fishes and frogs?

All the above listed animals live in water while some can come to the land and can survive in land also for a short while. But for fishes, surviving in land is almost impossible. All these information are known to people in most corporate and hence may think, what new is there to learn from these animals?

Fish can breathe only in water and therefore they cannot live without water. Whereas, dolphin and whale need water to live, but has to come out of water to breath. They cannot come to land so easily.

But on the contrary, the crocodile and hippo also live in water but can live in land as well for quite sometime. Both these animals also have to come out of water to breath.

Which animal in the above list is considered most lucky or more evolved? Fishes can tell to dolphin and whale that you can although live in water but cannot breathe in water.

Certainly, the dolphin and whale can reply back to the fishes that fishes cannot live in land even for a short while.

The crocodile and hippo can also snigger and giggle at fishes for their limitation.

But can these animals live in land forever or in water for ever without breathing from land? If not, what great advantage they gain by having the dual ability? Since such ability is not complete, it is not expected to offer any great value.

Frogs on the other hand are totally different from all the above described animals. They can live in land and in water and also can breath both in water and land. Despite such advantage, the frog is a very small animal and therefore, it easily fall prey to many other life forms on earth.

Limitation has advantage or advantage has limitation? Lucky are equally unlucky and unlucky are simultaneously lucky also.

Luck or ill luck, limitation or advantage, it lies very much in ones observation, interpretation, the state of mind and state of being. If one sees luck, he sees luck; otherwise what one sees is only what one wish to see. It is not ‘what is’ that affects or pollutes ones state of being but only our desire of ‘how it should be’ makes the difference.

Many corporate employees often blame the ‘self’ to be unlucky and others around them are lucky. Or in other words, they are suffering with many limitations but others have many advantages. Self pity and self hatred never offer solution to any problems.

Look at the beauty and complicity of nature. Adaptation and the evolution of various life forms convey millions of management lessons to man. The corporate employees must learn to see and interpret what is as ‘what is’ and the limitless advantages rather than crying at the limitations.
