SCR’s new south zone timetable. The new southern zone timetable that comes into effect from October 1 provides detailed information on all trains run on South Central Railway (SCR), Southern Railway, South Western Railway and Konkan Railway.

The new southern zone timetable that comes into effect from October 1 provides detailed information on all trains run on South Central Railway (SCR), Southern Railway, South Western Railway and Konkan Railway. The new timetable serves as a one-stop guide for information requirements of passengers.

It includes introduction of Train No. 22415 / 22416 Visakhapatnam-New Delhi-Visakhapatnam AC AP Express on August 14, provision of stoppages for Duronto Express trains originating and passing through SCR at Secunderabad, Vijayawada, Guntakal and Renigunta stations.

This timetable also features the extension of four express train and two passenger trains over SCR and diversion of 3 trains over SCR. 30 Trains have been speeded up by reducing their travel time ranging from 03 minutes to 210 minutes. Change of terminals is effected for 24 ‘Express Trains’ and one passenger train.

There will be change of train numbers for 12 trains and change in timings for 59 trains at various stations. The timetable will be available for sale at booking counters at all important stations of SCR.

MMTS-cum-local trains pocket time table

The timetable contains schedules of MMTS and local train services and other useful information, such as system map, fare tables, list of colonies near to each MMTS station, tips for safe journey and public awareness campaign material. It is priced at Rs 5.
