Speculations are rife that the monsoon session of Assembly would adjourn sine die on October 7 (Wednesday) since it has become a one-party-show with the Opposition having been suspended for the entire session.

Hyderabad: Speculations are rife that the monsoon session of Assembly would adjourn sine die on October 7 (Wednesday) since it has become a one-party-show with the Opposition having been suspended for the entire session.
The Tuesday’s proceedings were a one-side affair with only members from treasury benches besides MIM involved in discussion. Against this backdrop, the ruling party is mulling to cut-short the number of remaining days.
Although there was no official confirmation, legislators of the ruling party hinted so in their interaction with newsmen. But when asked, Legislative Minister Harish Rao was non committal.
Sources informed that short discussions on irrigation policy and welfare would be held over working lunch on Wednesday after which House would be adjourned sine die.
