BSc final year students of Nalanda Degree College have developed a website www.traveladviceindia.in to promote tourism. Andhra Pradesh Tourism Development Corporation (APTDC) Divisional Manager VVS Gangaraju formally launched the website at the college on Thursday.
Speaking on the occasion, Gangaraju lauded the initiative of Nalanda students in developing the website, which provides information about major tourism centres across the country. ``There is immense tourism potential in Andhra Pradesh.
The Tourism Policy 2015-20 is aimed to tap the potential fully for the economic growth of AP,’’ he said. Later, Gangaraju along with college principal M Anuradha and programme manager Rajasekhar Reddy presented mementos to the developers of the website.
