With Amaravati foundation ceremony scheduled date drawing close, the preparations are on full swing. The arrangements for the new AP capital foundation stone laying ceremony has been reviewed by Chief Minister N Chandrababu Naidu. Revenue and Endowment, Police and Municipal Department officials participated in the meeting.
Meanwhile, the soil and water collected from all the districts in the state has been shifted over to Guntur. For the security arrangements, around 8,331 police personnel have been deployed and food arrangements are taken care for the farmers who are said to attend the event. Actor Balakrishna Fans Association have come forward to support the capital construction by donating 1 lakh bricks to new AP capital.
