On the occasion of 48th National Library Week, District Library department conducted essay writing competitions at the district library here on Thursday. Secretary of the District Library department V Ravi Kumar inaugurated the competitions.

Khammam: On the occasion of 48th National Library Week, District Library department conducted essay writing competitions at the district library here on Thursday. Secretary of the District Library department V Ravi Kumar inaugurated the competitions.
The essay writing competition was held on the topic “Nannu maarchina pusthakam”(The Book which changed me). About 55 students of 8, 9 and 10 standards from various schools participated in the competition.
Librarian Ananth Reddy, Ch Pullaiah, M Vijaya Kumari and Suma Latha had supervised the competitions.
