For a change Hyderabad managed to impose follow-on on the strength of their first innings total when Tripura collapsed after making 237 runs in its first innings against the host’s 548 for six wickets declared at Rajiv Gandhi International Cricket Stadium (RGICS) here on Wednesday.

Resuming the day at four for no loss, Tripura batsmen failed to accelerate its strike rate nor did they hang on in the middle barring Arindam Das (73) and Manisankar Murasingh (51) even as Ravi Kiran (3/45) and CV Milind (3/50) proved effective, In its second essay, Tripura went to stumps on the penultimate day at 25 for no loss in 10 overs.
