Allagadda Prasad Reddy alias Sunkari Prasad (45), a farmer from Gudimetta village in Prakasham district, joined the extremists in his teens and bombed his rivals at his village in 1990. He was then convicted by the courts and was lodged at the Giddaluru sub-jail.

After his release, Prasad continued his life as a factionist. He was arrested and convicted for attempting to kill of a person and was then confined to the Kadapa Central Jail.

Upon his release in 2003, he failed to mend his ways and continued his crime spree. In all, he was arrested for being involved in 120 cases and in August 2015, after being released from the Cherlapally Central Jail, Prasad approached the Cyberabad Police requesting rehabilitation to start a new life.

With the financial aid provided by Cyberabad Commissioner C V Anand and DCP (Crimes) Dr B Naveen Kumar, Prasad established a tea stall at LB Nagar.
