The second phase of Mobile Science Exhibition organized by the AP State Council of Science and Technology (APCOST) in association with Regional Science Center, Tirupati, will be open to the students from November 28.

APCOST Regional Science Center in-charge J Dhilleswara Rao on Friday said that mobile science exhibition was aimed at educating the students on certain topics, especially those in rural areas. The exhibition unit consists of working models based on various concepts in physics, chemistry and biology. In the first phase, the exhibition was launched at Gandhiji Municipal High School, One Town on November 7.

The exhibition will be kept open for school students from 10 am to 5 pm at each school and give the visitors an opportunity to learn through a process of interaction and discovery. Besides this, the mobile unit would also elucidate the students on the truths behind few prevailing superstitions in the society, he said.

In the second phase the exhibition will be launched at MK Baig Municipal Corporation High School, Singh Nagar (November 28), SW Residential School, Veerpanenigudem (November 29) and ZP Boys High School, Patamata (November 30), he added.
