The Hyderabad squad, including Thomas Johansson, Ivo Karlovic, Martina Hingis and Jeevan Nedunchezhiyan interacted with the media here on Friday. Hingis said that they will go full-throttle to win both their engagements given the qualitative players they have in their ranks.

“Our team is in good shape. We hope to continue in the same fashion and are confident of a supportive crowd in Hyderabad,” said Hingis, who, thanks to her magnificent run with Sania Mirza, is a household name here.

The legend player of the team Thomas Johansson is not underestimating the opponents, though. “The competition in the group is pretty tough. Given our form, we stand a fair chance of replicating our success,” he said. Young players Satvika Sama and Adil Adil Kalyanpur were very happy to be part of the team.
