Khammam: The Bonakal police on Monday took into custody on suspicion a woman offender, Indla Ramadevi of Ravinutala village, while conducting investigation into four cases of theft that occurred in the village of Bonakal mandal. Although she initially denied any involvement in the offences, she later confessed to have stealing gold ornaments from a house.

According to police, Ramadevi was married to one Kiran Kumar of Mudigonda mandal. She used to rush to her mother’s house in Ravinutala after frequent quarrels with Kumar. While staying alone in the house, she used to target houses and commit thefts.
