Three-year-old dies after falling into borewell

Three-year-old boy Rakesh who fell into a bore-well on Saturday passed away on Sunday morning. The boy\'s body was retrieved almost 24 hours after the incident took place in Medak district.

Three-year-old boy Rakesh who fell into a bore-well on Saturday passed away on Sunday morning. The boy's body was retrieved almost 24 hours after the incident took place in Medak district.
With the surrounding area of borewell filled with rocks, the officials were forced to to pull the boy by tying ropes to the legs which resulted in the boy suffering from major injury on forehead and multiple head injuries. The doctors at the government hospital at Sangareddy declared that the boy was brought dead.
The officials even tried to dig all the sides to make a parallel well to rescue the boy while A Srinivas from Veldurthi in Medak district and Putta Karunakar from Nalgonda arrived at the village on Saturday night bringing in special equipment to assist the National Industrial Security Agency (NISA) to rescue the boy.
