The TDP MP objected to the Government's 'Re 1 for kg Rice' scheme. He asked as to why a kilo rice for 1 rupee when the people are able to spend 5 rupees for tea.
He also opined that there should be a certain limit on free power to farmers. "Employment guarantee scheme should be linked to agriculture and it would fetch good results," Diwakar Reddy said.
