Eluru students selected for handball tourney
Students of Suresh Chandra Bahuguna Police English Medium School, have been selected for the national-level Handball tournament in the Under-14 category.
Eluru: Students of Suresh Chandra Bahuguna Police English Medium School, have been selected for the national-level Handball tournament in the Under-14 category.
Student D Rakhi in girls category of under-14 and D Prashanth, A Subhan in boys category were selected for the National tournament. The West Godavari district boys and girls team participated in the inter-state Hand Ball tournament held at Banaganapalli in Kurnool District held from November 11 to 13. The tourney was conducted by AP School Games Association.
Girl and boys selected in the national team, met School Correspondent and West Godavari SP M Ravi Prakash on Friday. District SP M Ravi Prakash, school principal Sairam, AP School Games Association district Secretary T Kondala Rao, organising Secretary K Ramana Kumar, School PET K Durga Kala, Prasanna Gowry congratulated the students for their achievement. Additional SP V Ratna, Additional SP (AR) M Mahesh Kumar and others also congratulated the students.
