The TDP leaders distributed blankets to the poor on the occasion. Mandal Parishad President Areti Venkata Ratna Prasad, addressing the programme, said that NTR had established TDP to serve the poor. Since its inception, the party leaders and workers were committed towards the development of the poor. Chief Minister N Chandrababu Naidu was working hard to fulfil the ambitions of late NT Rama Rao and serving the poor, he added.
