RTG building on the cards for Eluru
West Godavari District Collector Katamneni Bhaskar said that a real-time governance (RTG) building would be constructed with ultra-modern technology equipped with 847 cameras in Eluru. The director of the contracting agency, Matrix Managing for the Real-time Governance Project, KSN Raju met the District Collector and discussed on the setting up of the RTG building.
Eluru: West Godavari District Collector Katamneni Bhaskar said that a real-time governance (RTG) building would be constructed with ultra-modern technology equipped with 847 cameras in Eluru. The director of the contracting agency, Matrix Managing for the Real-time Governance Project, KSN Raju met the District Collector and discussed on the setting up of the RTG building.
The Collector assured that the administration would give site besides irrigation office for construction of the RTG building within 24 hours. He asked the agency to start the construction of the building, setting up of cameras and other modern equipment immediately.
The Matrix Managing Director said that the RTG building would be equipped with 847 cameras to know the progress of various departments in the district. The officials could review from the RTG building on the progress, he added.
“The officials can direct through the Command Control Centre and get the comprehensive report through this RTG project,” he added. The Command Control Centre under RTG system was established in Vijayawada on an experimental basis and the government sanctioned the RTG buildings to 13 districts in the state.
